For orders that are cancelled after dispatch and while in transit, or rejected (in case of Online orders), shipping costs will be charged for both to and fro at actual rates. For prepaid orders, the shipping charges will be deducted during the refund process. In the case of Online orders, applicable reward points may be deducted from the customer account.
All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Tamil Nadu through reputed courier partners. Please allow the following delivery timelines from the date of order confirmation.
Domestic Delivery
7–14 business days for domestic delivery.
International Delivery
14–21 business days for international delivery.
Note: International deliveries may be subject to customs duties or import taxes as per the destination country’s regulations. These charges must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. Gateway of Madura only charges the shipping fee and not customs duties.
Delivery Time
Order deliveries will be made between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
Shipping Charges
· Free shipping for orders above ₹1000
· ₹50 shipping charge for orders below ₹1000
· Shipping charges ₹50/- for Tamil Nadu circle
· Shipping charges ₹80/- for Other States
All goods must be signed for upon delivery. If you are unavailable to receive the package, you may nominate an alternative person such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor to accept the delivery on your behalf.
Gateway of Madura is not responsible for goods signed and accepted by an alternative person.
Gateway of Madura is also not responsible for any damage to products after successful delivery.
All claims for shortages, missing items, or damages must be reported to our customer service team on the same day of delivery.
